David Carson Stanford, M.D. is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a primary care practice focused on Family Care and Geriatric Health in Sun City (Menifee). Dr. Stanford’s practice is part of the Menifee Valley Community Medical Group. 

Dr. Stanford’s credentials include: Member of the American Medical Association, Member of the American College of Physicians, Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Licensed Physician in California, and of course Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Additionally, he is bilingual in English and Spanish. 

 As a Primary Care Internist with 36 years experience, Dr. Stanford can speak extensively with patients, many of whom have complex and frustrating chronic illnesses. His passion for primary care is found in developing relationships with his clients and in creating a medical office that is trusted and comfortable. 

Dr. Stanford accepts Medicare Advantage Plans, most PPO plans, as well as the HMO plans provided by Aetna, Alignment Healthcare, Anthem BlueCross, Anthem BlueShield California, Brand New Day, Cigna, Health Net, Humana, Scan Health Plan, and United Healthcare.
